Danish Ugly Duckli ApS and American Ugly Duckli LLC. The trademark is protected.

    
The name is inspired by Danish Hans Christian Andersen's fairytale 
"The Ugly Duckling".

We are a Strategic Partner for Eriksen Translations Inc. in Denmark.

 
And we also invest in a number of projects including

- the award-winning and design-protected  THE PAPER HEART COLLECTION which designs, manufactures and distributes Scandinavian woven heart ornaments to more than 22 countries. 

- Copenhagen Business Guides which offers Executive Personal Assistant services to foreigners visiting Copenhagen on business.
