"The Ugly Duckling". Ugly Duckli is a registered TradeMark in the USA and in Europe.

Ugly Duckli is involved  
- in a number of start-up investments
- as Owner of the Ugly Duckli award-winning Scandinavian Christmas ornament collection 
            

A fixed, larger percentage of the Ugly Duckli profits supports a yearly grant called Jeppe's Kammeratskabslegat.
