Jeppe Vallentin Stoltz was a professional elite Soldier, Scout, Mountain Climber and a true Friend. He died in year 2000, 27 years old, very close to the top of Mount Everest. 

After the incident, friends and family decided to set up a grant to be presented once a year to a true Friend.
